Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your ktp303 Account. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or official sports results from recognized governing bodies. ktp303 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes. In the rare event of a technical malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
If you believe there has been an error in the settlement of a bet or game result, you must notify ktp303 customer support within 7 days of the bet settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. ktp303's decision on all betting disputes is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds:
ktp303 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time if we reasonably believe that the User has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of our Services. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We will investigate the matter and communicate our decision to you via email.
If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion from ktp303 Services for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction where ktp303 is licensed, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
